Welcome to My K-pop List! By using this service, you agree to these terms. We've kept them simple and straightforward.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use My K-pop List. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

2. Your Account

You're responsible for your account and the content you post (bio, username, uploaded images). Keep your login credentials secure. Don't share your account with others.

3. Your Content

You own the content you upload (avatars, bios, etc.). By uploading content, you grant us permission to display it as part of the service. You can delete your content at any time by editing your profile or deleting your account.

We do not claim ownership of your content.

4. Acceptable Use

Don't do anything harmful or abusive. This includes:

  • Posting illegal, offensive, or hateful content
  • Harassing other users
  • Spamming or attempting to manipulate the service
  • Impersonating others
  • Uploading content you don't have rights to (e.g., copyrighted images)

If you see content that violates these rules, please report it to abuse@mykpoplist.com.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in abusive behavior. You can also delete your account at any time by contacting us at privacy@mykpoplist.com.

6. Service Availability

We're in early development, so expect occasional downtime, bugs, and changes. We'll do our best to keep things running smoothly, but we can't guarantee 100% uptime.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we'll notify users via email or a site-wide announcement.

8. Disclaimer

My K-pop List is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We're not responsible for any damages or losses resulting from your use of the service.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by applicable laws. Any disputes will be resolved in accordance with those laws.
